   Our first major stop in Ceres was a "Tambo" - a milking facility. I like saying that word. It has about 130 milking cows and 130 babies. I liked how the babies chewed on each others ears after milking because they still have the nursing relflex. For about 10 years this Tambo produces 20 liters a day.
